When is my order processed?
In-Side processes orders daily.
You complete the purchase, In-Side accepts and processes the order and respective payment after confirming the availability of the product with the supplier.
Once the order is completed you will receive a notification.
What is the delivery time for the products?
Fast delivery products range from 2 to 5 business days.
Other items made to order may take between 10 and 45 business days to reach you, depending on the product in question.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart, according to the products and destination.
Are the products exactly the same as the photographs?
The photographs are shown so that you can see each product in as much detail as possible. However, you may find differences in the products where the raw material itself and its manufacturing process influence the final result. We would also like to point out that the colours displayed on your screen may not correspond exactly to the final product, as they depend on the settings of your device itself.
Can I receive the product before or after the indicated deadline?
Yes.
We work with the best logistics partners and are always in contact to provide the customer with information about their product.
In some cases, you may receive your order before the deadline, such as during festive periods, and due to the greater volume, you may receive it a few days later.
Can I track the status of my shipment?
Yes.
As soon as the product is released for distribution, you will automatically receive the tracking link via SMS or email.
Can I request an assembly service for the furniture?
Yes.
Although the furniture comes in a kit with an instruction manual that you can assemble yourself, In-Side offers a premium delivery service with assembly in Portugal.
Simply add the extra service to your shopping cart.
The space must be clean and unobstructed. The assembly team does not remove or uninstall old items. The assembly team does not perform electrical installations or drill holes in walls.
Does In-Side have stock of the products?
Most products are manufactured to customer order.
However, some furniture and decoration products are already in our warehouse and ready for delivery.
